As a magician, I am often drawn into the study of very esoteric art forms. Part of the Technology of Deception–that is used not only by magicians, but also by theater, movies, spies, military planners, marketers, con men, pitchmen, charlatans and thieves–is camoflauge. These photos of women are not only fun to look at, but they can tell us a lot about how camoflauge works, and about what is hidden and what is revealed, about double messages and mixed metaphors. A lot of this can be applied to magic and to other arts. It is very thought-provoking, and I hope you will enjoy them.
