Help Make Our Dreams Come True!
We, Stephanie Castellone ( amazing contortionist), Sophie Evans (stunning magician and fire eater), Erica Vanlee (gorgeous silk performer as well as burlesque dancer), and myself Penny Wiggins (comedienne and had a thirteen year run with Amazing Johnathan as Psychic Tanya), have decided it was time to take our talents and create our own show!
Our dream is to have a successful, all female, variety show on the Las Vegas strip! We envision having people from all over the world coming to see it! Including, adding special guest acts from around the world.
We have successfully produced this show twice to sold out audiences. We received standing ovations from audience members after each show. So many people have asked us when we are going to run this show again, because they enjoyed it so much. So finally, we have gathered a few of our closest, most talented, performer friends; and we are very excited to get this show going!
The greatest part about this show is that the hostess, Coco Channel (pronounced chan- nell), greets people as they walk up the red carpet. Once you enter the show room, the mood is set with strolling celebrity look a-likes and characters. The show then begins with a surprise opening!
Opening a show in Las Vegas is expensive and challenging. Thankfully, we four women have a combined total of over 50 years experience having worked within entertainment. We are quite familiar with the in’s and out’s of this industry.
With the support of the hotel/casino, great friends, fellow performers, and people anxious to push ticket sales, this can and will be successful. However, in order to accomplish our goals we need financial support from you!
Where is your money going?
1. To secure a room in one of the major hotel/casinos in Las Vegas (Money raised will determine the location we choose).
2. Advertisement:
* Costs to be part of ticketing agencies and box offices
* Rack cards for all the different ticket brokers
* Advertising: Postcards, flyers, magazine ads, posters, billboards
* Graphic designing, website costs
* Theater costs: light and sound
3. Show opening costs and down payments
4. Legal and accounting fees
5. Additional insurances
6. Props and costumes
These are a small part of the costs in opening and maintaining a show in Las Vegas. While your help goes without question, we also feel like everyone who helps us is part of our show. And there is no question that your help is actually making come true, an amazing show on the strip that you can be proud of and part of!
All donations received will come with the rewards shown at the categories listed at the right of this page.
We want you to be part of the experience!
Let’s make this happen!
You can help make so many of our dreams come true! By helping us you can also boast to all your friends and say: “Hey! Look what I helped to create!” Now that’s saying something!
This is NOT just another show, this is an experience!!
Other Ways You Can Help:

Pop Haydn is coming to Santa Monica March 7th and April 4th!
Pop Haydn in the 21st Century! is a wonder-filled evening of fun, with good-time music, song, dance, comedy and magic.
Pop Haydn demonstrates his incredible Teleportation Device and he also pitches his Amazing Miracle Oil and his new Magnetized Water–a modern miracle for health and energy!
Pop appears as the great seer–the Diviner of Destiny. He will take time to answer audience questions about the future–about health, love, money and lost objects–with the aid of his magnetically-energized crystal ball.
This show features the sassy song and dance of our Louisiana Songbird Bonnie Gordon, the fire magic of sultry sorcerer Sophie Evans, and the good-time music of Professor Dave Bourne and the Medicine Show Band.
Pop Haydn presents our intrepid electronaut Tesla Girl, who will bend the very force of gravity itself while immersed in a radio-magnetic field generated on stage by Pop Haydn‘s Tesla C-2000–a highly modified version of a Tesla Coil.
Pop Haydn in the 21st Century! is a lot of fun and is geared toward an adult audience–but it’s still family-friendly.
Steampunks, time-travelers, dandies and other 19th Century expatriates are welcome–no weapons, please.
The show will be in Santa Monica, California at 8:00 pm in the 150 seat theater at Magicopolis on 4th Street.
There are only 150 seats, so order your tickets in advance so you won’t be disappointed.

Pop Haydn tests his new Tesla Coil C-2000. This device is created primarily for medical and general health applications and designed specifically for use in the home….
Pop will use it in his Tesla Girl routine in his new show, “Pop Haydn in the 21st Century” at Magicopolis in Santa Monica, CA March 7th and April 4th.
Sophie Evans is Tesla Girl, and she demonstrates her ability to control the force of gravity through the manipulation of radio-magnetism. The strongest men from the audience can’t move her off her copper mat, or lift her up or push her off balance when she is immersed in the radio-magnetic field of this powerful Tesla Coil.

When you read the title of this blog, I’m guessing quite a few of you said, “Steve Mitchell?” Well, that is why I described him as magic’s hidden gem! I will also bet that there are very few of you out there are unfamiliar with what Steve does and the spectacular results of his graphic wizardry! For a gem that I dare call hidden Steve’s work is on display throughout the magic world. It is awesome!
I became friends with Steve when he was designing and masterminding Ron Wilson’s delightful anecdotal history of magic, ‘Tales from the Uncanny Scot.’ In fact, he persuaded me (it must have taken about a second!) to conduct the interview with Ron Wilson on one of the two DVDs that accompanied the book. Steve became a firm friend during the luncheon that proceeded the taping; and the lunches haven’t stopped. For me, Steve’s magical Friday…
